From scratel's gallery. For being his first tenement, it truly is put together well. The SNOT work on the first floors with the not-seen-too-often dark blue tiles and the solid glass area connecting the two portions is fantastic. The facade is quite traditional, mixing the modern to old look very well.

I also have to say the mixed flat and textured 1x2 tan bricks really is a nice touch. Simple and subtle, well done.
