I would have voted sweet shop if I had seen the poll in time :D Bit quick there. I'd love a toy shop either.
I'd like to see a cinema in modular style, like in Town Plan but much bigger.

Seems that the majority want a Bank - closely followed by a Pet Shop. Fingers crossed then that we get both.
