Well this isn't 16 or 32 It's hmm 22 maybe I'm not sure
Yes, and 22 is not dividable by 16 or even 8 so the size of this house is not optimal, unless you want a gap between houses. If you added another "column", it would be 32 which, is perfect for placement.
