This shows that Café Corner is not really compatible with the road baseplates because the house is already built on baseplate with an 8W sidewalk. Burlington here moved 6 rows of the tiles over to the road baseplates. So "behind" the house, there is a 6 stud clearance, and the whole thing lost its mobility.
